How to Do it?
Step 1 - Please detail your symptoms.
Log into the MediConnect app and click on the "Take Care Now" button. Enter your symptoms or describe your medical concern. Immediately after submitting your request, our AI will review your message and may request additional information based on your initial input to ensure accurate and tailored assistance.
Step 2 - Connect with a doctor or specialist.
Next, if our healthcare provider determines they can assist you, you will be connected for a consultation. Most interactions occur via text, but the doctor may request a video chat or audio call if necessary.
Step 3 - Receive medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment.
In 90% of cases, issues are resolved directly through our app, allowing patients to receive the care they need promptly. If a prescription is required, it will be issued immediately after the consultation. You will then be notified that your medication is on its way from the nearest pharmacy, with an estimated time of arrival right to your doorstep.
If the healthcare provider determines that the patient's request cannot be addressed through the app, they will direct the patient to the nearest healthcare center based on their location. The provider will also notify the center of the patient's issues and can virtually place the patient in the waiting queue. This ensures that upon arrival, the patient does not need to fill out forms or wait in line, facilitating a smoother and more efficient visit.
